had lotsa things happen in my mind, and at some point having a getaway seemed to be a perfect plan. no, not to run from the reality, but to look deep within myself. 
to have a self-reflection. to think. to know where i stand and where i'm going. to be grateful for everything that has happened in life, good or bad, happy or sad, so i could grow and become a better person because of it all.

this year, i had the chance to go on a (birthday) getaway with three dear friends, and one of them happen to share this birthday getaway with me. 
knowing there's a friend who has birthday two days after mine and also happen to be a great traveling buddy, is just perfect.

it was a great trip. great time. with great and wonderful friends. 
so i want to dedicate this post to NC, FY and MA.. i just can't thank you guys enough for sharing this short yet memorable adventure with me. the memories will stay.
it was an awesome (birthday) getaway indeed. i hope you guys had a blast, as much as i had.
