i'm having this thought...
it's not beat-a-friend. but's it's more to beat oneself.

why?
it's never easy to beat oneself. may it be one's personal record. or even the harder one, beat one's laziness.

beat-a-friend could be use as one's motivation, though :)
still, in the end, one's gotta beat oneself.

today's mission(s) have been accomplished.

as a bonus, managed to beat my own personal record. uber-yay! :)

a superb sunday with a good friend.

a note

this one is a thank you note. a confession.

i owe you a huge thank you.
why?
all of a sudden i remember one of my new year's resolution back in 2009. i wrote "start jog/run regularly".
but i never did.
yes, i might jogged once in a while. but not regularly.

this year, i still have that same resolution. 
yet most of the times, the laziness still took control.
but every time i saw your 5K goodmorningym tweets, they feel like a reminder for me. 
a wake up call. a slap. a kick on the butt. a sucker-punch on the face :D

i used to be a sports enthusiast, until i'm on a (very) long hiatus.
starting over is never easy. trying to commit is never easy as well.
but i'm trying here.

so, i thank you much dear friend.. *you know who you are* :)
